LMU’s (Local Market Updates) is a small booklet that has a front which is usually in the theme of the current season. And two pages inside on market reports for the area and a back page which we change up now and then depending on what’s going on in the market.
Sometimes we have done a football card score sheets or DND adverts.
Seasonal Website Updates
Maintaining seasonal marketing is essential!
As part of my role, I ensured that our digital marketing, including the website and social media visuals, remained current. I enjoyed aligning them with the seasons, weather changes, and holidays like Easter, Halloween, Valentine's Day, and Christmas.
This approach extended to our other marketing efforts; for instance, a Nil Deposit Flyer sent out in summer would feature a summer-themed design.
I believe this enhances brand recognition while allowing for appropriate seasonal adjustments.
