LMU’s (Local Market Updates) is a small booklet that has a front which is usually in the theme of the current season. And two pages inside on market reports for the area and a back page which we change up now and then depending on what’s going on in the market.
Sometimes we have done a football card score sheets or DND adverts.

Campaign 2019...
This campaign builds on the previous theme of "We are Martyn Gerrard, We are North London" and transitions to "We are the Best" following their award win at the Best Estate Agents Guide.
I aimed to design a vibrant and attention-grabbing campaign.
To achieve this, I utilized rich purples and bright golds for a complementary effect. The purple also harmonized beautifully with the standard and gold logo.
